SWIFT PRESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

By placing an order with Swift Press, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all products and services provided by Swift Press.

2. Orders & Approval

All orders must be confirmed before production begins.
Customers are responsible for approving all designs, sizes, colors, and quantities before printing.
Once approval is given, changes may not be possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided upfront and may change if order details change.
Payment is required before printing begins unless otherwise agreed.
Any additional costs (extra colors, rush orders, design changes) will be communicated before proceeding.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Production times are estimates and begin after payment and final design approval.
Swift Press is not responsible for delays caused by late approvals, late payments, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Artwork & Design Responsibility

Customers confirm they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, or text provided.
Swift Press is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-supplied designs.
Minor variations in color or placement may occur due to the screen-printing process.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of screen-printed products, all sales are final.
Refunds or reprints will only be considered if there is a clear printing error caused by Swift Press.
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
If canceled before production, any design or setup fees may still apply.

8. Care Instructions

Swift Press is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care.
Care instructions should be followed to maintain print quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

Swift Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

Swift Press reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
